Exit 63 North on 83 (North Ocean Avenue) - Make right on Old Town Road and take approximately 1 mile to the end and make a right. Make the 1st left into Kelly Bros and Modern Comfort's 6 acre complex - across from Friendly's.

From East - Take Rte 25 (Middle Country Rd) west to 112. Make a right (North) and take approximately 1/4 mile. Make first right after 7-11.
